The isochronic tones work, and they blend really well with the provided, AMAZING quality audio soundtracks (thats also perfectly, and I do mean *perfect* here) looped. Like Mind Wave, this app supposedly uses another method that "syncs" with your brain waves, with the added convenience here that you dont need headphones! I have been using this app extensively over the last couple of days and honestly I havent touched my other "relaxation/concentration" apps ever since having tried this one.
